COD (Cash On Delivery) Policy

At YasirShop, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
Our COD system is simple, honest, and safe for all customers.

1. COD Available Across Pakistan

You can choose COD in:

  • All major cities

  • Small towns

  • Villages

  • Areas covered by our courier partners

No advance payment is needed.

2. Open Parcel Before Payment (Our Trust Rule)

To build trust with customers, we follow a clear and honest rule:

You can open your parcel before paying the rider.

  • Check the product properly

  • Make sure it is correct

  • Make sure it is not damaged

If everything is fine → you can pay
If something is wrong → you can return it on the spot

This is part of our Islamic, honest, and transparent service.

3. When COD Is Required

COD payment is required only when:

  • You have opened the parcel

  • You have checked the product

  • You have confirmed that the item is correct

After checking, payment must be handed to the rider.

4. What Happens If the Product Is Wrong?

If:

  • Product is wrong

  • Damaged

  • Missing items

  • Or completely different from what you ordered

Then you do NOT need to pay.

Just give the parcel back to the rider.

No charges. No problem.

5. Confirmation Before Shipping

For COD orders, we follow this process:

  1. You place the order

  2. YasirShop team sends a confirmation message

  3. We call or WhatsApp you

  4. After your confirmation → We ship your order

If we cannot reach you, your order may be delayed or canceled.


6. Delivery Time

  • 2–5 working days for major cities

  • 3–7 working days for other areas

  • Weather, sales, or holidays may cause delays

The Courier will contact you on the delivery day.


7. Return Charges for COD Orders

If you return the product after receiving it, then:

  • You only need to pay the return delivery charges

There are no hidden charges and no extra fees.

If you refuse the parcel at delivery because it was wrong/damaged,
you pay nothing.

8. Missed Deliveries

If the rider comes and:

  • You don’t answer the phone

  • Your address is incorrect

  • You are not available

Courier will try again.
After 2 failed attempts, the parcel may return to us.

You can request re-delivery anytime.

9. Customer Responsibilities

To make COD smooth:

  • Provide correct address

  • Keep your phone available

  • Pick up confirmation calls

  • Check parcel before payment

  • Treat courier riders with respect

We also treat customers with respect and honesty.
